Finally, a new release from The Legendary Raw Deal, P. Paul Fenech's rockin' side project. The Wolftone Sessions delivers savage Rockabilly with a western twang, plenty of great guitar-work and the unmistakable character of one of Rock 'n' Roll's most distinctive guitarists.
The Legendary Raw Deal mix classic Rock 'n' Roll with a hint of Surf and a touch of Country, creating a wild sound that gives tracks such as Blistered, Dead Man Walking, Dust Devil and Swinging It Around plenty of bite. Recorded at Fenech's own Wolftone Studios, these sessions find the Meteors founder and Fendermaster returning to his roots.
If you're a fan of P. Paul Fenech, The Legendary Raw Deal or his work with The Meteors, The Wolftone Sessions is a cracking addition to the collection. Eight tracks of raw, guitar-driven Rockabilly, Surf and Country-infused Rock 'n' Roll, played with Fenech's trademark attitude.
