The Town Hall Party TV show was so popular that in 1958 Columbia Records issued this album featuring cast favourites including Joe Maphis, The Collins Kids, Jenks Tex Carman, Freddie Hart and others. The original release is so rare that many collectors have never seen a copy, so this CD is a welcome release for Country Music, Rockabilly and 1950s enthusiasts. Remastered and sounding great, with new liner-notes by Deke Dickerson.
