Torque is the hard-hitting, high-energy album from young UK Rockabilly trio The Accidents. Made up of brothers John Blackwell on upright bass and vocals and Charlie Blackwell on guitar and vocals, alongside their sister Keri Blackwell on drums, the band delivers a powerful, stripped-down Rockabilly sound with plenty of attitude and drive.

The Accidents combine strong vocals, twanging guitar, pounding upright bass and tight drumming across 12 original and carefully selected tracks. From the opening Ain't Gonna Cry and Little Lil through Lonesome Train, Tornado and Bop This Town, Torque showcases a young band with a clear understanding of the classic Rockabilly sound while bringing plenty of their own energy to it.

There's also room for the band's take on the traditional House Of The Rising Sun, alongside further highlights such as Justine, High School Caesar and The Window Song. Closing with Tribute To Mojo Nixon, Torque is a lively and confident showcase from one of the UK's newer Rockabilly bands.
