They All Fall Down finds Canadian Punkabilly four-piece The Creepshow, led by Sarah Blackwood, delivering a sizzling combination of Psychobilly, Punk and Rock 'n' Roll. Released in 2010, this is a band sounding sharper and more confident than ever, with their trademark Rockabilly roots still firmly in place but a greater emphasis on attitude, adrenaline and straight-ahead Punk energy.
The album kicks off with The Sermon III before launching into Get What's Coming, Someday and the title track, with Blackwood's powerful vocals driving the songs forward. Last Chance, Sleep Tight, Dusk 'Til Dawn and Keep Dreaming demonstrate the band's ability to balance melody with their hard-charging attack, while Hellbound, Going Down and Nowhere bring the album to a suitably forceful conclusion.
Notably moving away from the more overt Horrorpunk and ghoulish imagery of their earlier work, They All Fall Down puts attitude and adrenaline centre stage. Sarah Blackwood delivers some of her strongest vocals here, backed by a band whose solid, energetic performances give the album its unmistakable Punkabilly punch.
