Early in the making, it was decided that the album Straight From The Heart would be an all analog recording, using a 24-track Studer tape-machine to the fullest and only utilize analog delays and reverbs. It’s not the easiest way - but it certainly proved to be the right way! This is a strong rockin' album that really incorporates all the influences and inspirations that John Lindberg Trio has gathered over the years. It's got the driving guitars, the groove from the slap-bass, solid hard hittin’ drums and on top of that excellent vocals. Straight From The Heart entered the Swedish national album chart at #10!
