Forever associated with Bill Haley & His Comets, The Jodimars were formed in 1955 when Joey Ambrose, Dick Richards and Marshall Lytle left one of rock 'n' roll's most influential bands to forge a path of their own. Named after the first names of the three founder members, The Jodimars quickly established their own identity with a series of energetic, highly collectable recordings that have since become prized by rock 'n' roll fans.
This outstanding collection brings together every surviving Jodimars recording, including their celebrated Capitol releases, rare pre-Capitol demos, previously unreleased Capitol outtakes and later recordings made under The Jodimars name by Marshall Lytle. Featuring classics such as Let's All Rock Together, Well Now Dig This, Dance The Bop and Rattle My Bones, it presents the most complete anthology of the group's work ever assembled.
With several recordings appearing on CD for the first time, Let's All Rock Together celebrates the remarkable musical legacy of the band that proved life after Bill Haley could rock just as hard.
