Henry & The Bleeders • The Beast 10" LP (Coloured Vinyl)
Six tracks of hard-driving British Psychobilly and Rockabilly from Henry & The Bleeders, presented on a limited edition, numbered yellow translucent 10" vinyl. The Beast features Henry Hughes on guitar and vocals, backed by Julian Hundy on acoustic guitar, Quincy Sloan on double bass and Miles Abels on drums.
The title track kicks things off, followed by That's Fine and Skate (Slide Version), which features steel guitar from Rusti Steel. Flip the record for Get Buck, Friday Morning, Sunday Night with fiddle from Gemma White, and the closing Ride Wild. The additional instrumentation gives the record plenty of character while retaining the band's hard-edged Psychobilly attack.
The Beast is a great showcase for the band's energetic take on British Psychobilly, with six punchy tracks spread across a limited 10" mini-album.
