The great Curtis Gordon, originally a Country Music pioneer, cutting a string of singles for RCA Records which sold moderately well but not enough to score a national hit. After two years with RCA, he switched to Mercury records and went on to cut some first class rockabilly recordings in the mid/late 1950s, switching from Mercury to Dollie Records towards the end of the decade. This superb collectors 10" vinyl presents the recordings that have rightfully established his as a legend among rockabilly music fans worldwide.
