This is probably the most authentic and genuine Bill Haley and The Comets style Rock 'n' Roll band around.
Although you'll find a couple of Bill Haley covers here (which, incidentally, are superb), by far the majority of this album consists of brand-new songs performed in Haley's classic Big Beat Rock 'n' Roll style.
Played and recorded with a real 1950s sound, this album is highly recommended not only to fans of Bill Haley, but also contemporary Big Beat Rock 'n' Roll bands like The Stargazers and The Jive Romeros.
