Shortly after the tragic car crash in Chippenham where Eddie Cochran was killed and his fiancée Sharon Sheeley and Gene Vincent were seriously injured, Gene was back on stage and, among other things, made a special appearance for Italian television on 28th May 1960.
He performed for the program Boune Vacanze, where was backed by the razor-sharp guitar of Joe Moretti.
Joseph Edward Moretti was born in Glasgow, Scotland, and supplied his guitar for Colin Hicks & His Cabin Boys, Vince Eager, Nero & The Gladiators, Jet Harris & Meehan, etc... and of course, Gene Vincent, to name just a few.
So, for first time on 7" vinyl, here is the vibrant guitar work of Joe Moretti alongside the energy and rawness of The Screaming End!
