Formed in Vancouver, The Palomars are led by singer, songwriter and guitarist Tom Hammel, with Ken Wilson on double bass and Sandy McNair on drums.
The concept of this record is simple, building on their love for Blues, Country, Jazz, Western Swing and 1950s Rockabilly.
Along with some superb vintage classic covers come top-notch original compositions Out Of The Past, Pinup Girl and Backyard Hen.
Tom Hammel's Steel Guitar playing is outstanding, and plays a major part of makes the band sound so unique.
