Nikki and The Corvettes first single from 1979 - reissued in picture sleeve and coloured vinyl.
This was their most rockabilly styles release - with Ray Campi playing upright bass and Rip Masters on piano - before they moved into a Punk-meets-Girl Group style somewhere between The Ramones and The Ronnettes.
Honey Bop is coupled with Shake It Up on the flipside, and the recordings were produced by Ronnie Weiser at Rollin' Rock studios.
