Their hit records stand up as a near faultless body of work.
Featuring an eclectic mix of hits, misses, B-sides, and album tracks, this collection of killer Johnny & The Hurricanes sides is drawn from EPs issued variously in the US, UK and Europe between 1959 and 1962.
Their popularity was wholly international and they enjoyed particular success in the UK, where their records appeared on the London-American label.
Included here are hits like Crossfire, Red River Rock, Reveille Rock, Beatnik Fly, Down Yonder, Rocking Goose, Ja-Da, Old Smokie and High Voltage.
