Gale Storm
Essential Dot Recordings 1955-1959 (3-CD)

Gale Storm (real name Josephine Owaissa Cottle) was an American actress and singer.
After a film career from 1940 to 1952, she starred in popular 1950s television programs My Little Margie and The Gale Storm Show and launched a successful singing career scoring 11 chart singles.
Six of those 45s became top ten hits, and her biggest recording success was her cover version of I Hear You Knockin', which hit No.2 on the Billboard chart.
