10 tracks are sung by Bill Haley, right at the beginning of his recording career - long before he went on to international success with the Comets.
The other tracks are performed by Hillbilly artists who recorded for the label around the same time as Haley, including Shortly Long, Jesse Roders, Elmer Newman, Ray Whitely, Murray Sisters etc.
