Alex Valenzi and The Hideaway Cats
Cruisin' Around CD
Mixing vintage styles such as Rockabilly, Rock 'n' Roll, Rhythm & Blues and Country music, Alex Valenzi has already shared the stage with legends such as James Burton, Kenny Lovelace, Buck Hutcheson, Bill Haley's Comets and Little Richard.
Alex and The Hideaway Cats also had the honor of opening six shows for Jerry Lee Lewis in Brazil, and The Killer invited him to play on his 60th birthday, in the USA.
On two occasions the band brought Elvis Presley's guitar player James Burton to Brazil.
The first time was in 1995 and resulted in them making a record with Burton and Kenny Lovelace, guitarists for Jerry Lee Lewis.
On the second visit, Burton and Alex recorded the DVD to celebrate the band's 15th anniversary.
Alex Valenzi and The Hideaway Cats live performances are always a unique experience, with a fervent repertoire of their own songs mixed with the rockin' classics from the 1950s.
With their great new album Cruisin' Around, the band enters it's 25th year with their finest release to date.
