A CD can never capture the wild and frantic visuals of a Rip Carson live show, nevertheless the savage rockin' rhythm comes across loud and clear here on songs such as "Don't Hold My Baby", "Full Of Sin", and "Two Timin' Woman".  The Johnny Burnette Trio would have been proud of this - it's real hard-edged auithentic Rockabilly.
But Rip Carson is no one trick pony, and proof is in his moody western psychotic tunes such as "Keep Your Pain" and "All Alone & Blue".  "So Long" and "Down That Line" are addictive melodic rockers which stick in your head after just one listen.
The strong material, superb guitar, pumpin' upright bass and crashing drums all add up to a riproaring rockabilly album.
