HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

In the UK, we send by regular mail. For overseas orders we use Airmail. For very large orders, we use a courier service such as DHL.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED USING A DIFFERENT METHOD?

Yes, but shipping costs will vary from those quoted in our postage rates. A few of our customers in the UK prefer to have their orders sent by 'Special Delivery', and a few customers overseas like to use 'Swiftair' - but regular inland mail and airmail are generally quick and reliable.

HOW SHOULD I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

The best way is by Credit Card or Debit Card using the secure ordering facility on this website.  If you would prefer to give us your card details by telephone, by email or by letter, then you can find our contact information on our website. Click on the button marked 'Contact'.

I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER ANY OTHER WAY?

Yes. For orders within the UK, we can accept payment by Cheque or Postal Order payable to 'Raucous Records'.
For overseas orders, we can accept payment by International Money Order, or you should be able to send a Cheque/Draft in British Pounds from your bank.
Also we can accept British Cash sent by recorded mail.  If you wish to send foreign currency such as Dollars or Euros, or if you wish to pay by Bank Transfer, please contact us first to make these arrangements.

CAN I PAY USING 'PAYPAL'?

Yes. You can order using your Paypal account directly from our store.  Alternatively you can send you order by email and we can send you a Paypal bill.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING THAT I ORDER IS NOT IN STOCK?

The vast majority of items visible in our store are in stock.  In the event that something is out of stock we will put it on back-order for you and send it when it is available. If you pay with credit or debit card, your card will not be charged until the item is sent to you.
You can contact us at any time to cancel your back-order (unless it is a special order - see below). You can also include alternative choices in your order. Use the box marked 'Special Instructions/Any Other Message' on our order form. Alternative choices are not necessary, but you can include them if you prefer.

WHAT IS A SPECIAL ORDER?

Many customers ask us to find certain items which are not listed on our website. If there is something that you are looking for which your are not able to find, we may be able to help you.  We are happy to accept special orders for music of any genre.

I AM ORDERING FROM OVERSEAS.  HOW MUCH WILL I PAY IN MY OWN CURRENCY?

Approximate currency conversions are provided on our website in Euros, US Dollars, Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars and Japanese Yen. These are intended only as a guide, so you know roughly the cost of each item in your own currency. There is also a currency conversion tool on the website which has accurate and up-to-date exchange rates for every currency around the World.
