For five years during the 1980s, The Stringrays crashed and bashed their way across the UK and Europe, building a devoted audience and becoming one of the leading names in the Garage Punk revival. Their energetic live performances also made them popular on the Psychobilly scene, which was peaking around the same time. They band released several singles and albums, regularly making their mark on the Independent charts and gaining praise from the music media.
The Sting-Rays will always be best remembered for their live shows, and this particular gig sees them tearing it up in London's infamous Klub Foot in 1984.
